AI Policy

This Artificial Intelligence (AI) Content Policy (“Policy”) has been prepared to establish the rules applicable to AI-supported content published, licensed, sold, or distributed on the RozStock platform.

While supporting technological innovation, RozStock accepts the following as fundamental principles:

  • Respect for human rights,
  • Protection of human dignity,
  • Intellectual property rights,
  • Personality rights,
  • Transparency,
  • Fair use,
  • Combating discrimination,
  • Protection of children,
  • Respect for human labor.

This Policy has been prepared taking into account the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights, the OECD AI Principles, the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, and applicable legislation.

1. Purpose

Within the framework of the principles stated above, to clearly define the rules applicable to AI-supported content on RozStock.

2. Scope

This Policy covers the following content:

  • AI-generated images
  • AI-generated videos
  • AI-generated audio
  • AI-created music
  • AI-assisted illustrations
  • AI-assisted graphic designs
  • AI-created 3D works
  • AI-assisted edited content
  • AI-synthesized digital characters
  • Similar generative AI content that may emerge in the future

3. Definitions

AI Content

Content created, transformed, or edited wholly or partly by artificial intelligence systems.

AI-Assisted Content

Work originally created by a human that has been enhanced or edited using AI tools.

Human-Created Content

Content where the essential creative contribution is made by a human and AI is used only as an auxiliary tool.

Digital Replica

The artificial recreation of features that evoke a person’s face, voice, image, body, or identity.

Deepfake

Synthetic media content that imitates the identity, appearance, or voice of real persons.

4. Transparency Principle

AI content published on RozStock should be clearly labeled wherever possible.

Content providers must select the appropriate category from the following:

  • Fully AI-Generated
  • AI-Assisted
  • Human-Created
  • Mixed Production

Incorrect or misleading labeling may be treated as a breach of contract.

5. Respect for Human Rights

RozStock does not permit the use of AI in ways that undermine human dignity, instrumentalize individuals, or exploit them.

The following content is prohibited:

  • Content promoting the enslavement of people
  • Content legitimizing human trafficking
  • Content glorifying forced labor
  • Content supporting forms of modern slavery
  • Content depicting people as property
  • Content degrading human dignity
  • Content legitimizing systematic discrimination
  • Propaganda of racial or ethnic superiority
  • Content encouraging mass human rights violations

RozStock does not ethically accept treating people merely as data sources or production inputs.

6. Personality Rights and Digital Likenesses

The following content may not be uploaded:

  • Unauthorized digital replicas of real persons
  • Unauthorized face imitations
  • Unauthorized voice clones
  • Unauthorized representations of celebrities
  • Misleading imitations of public figures
  • Content showing a person saying or doing things they did not actually say or do

Where legal permission is required, the content provider must submit the necessary authorization documents.

7. Protection of Children

RozStock treats the protection of children as a priority principle.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Content involving child abuse
  • Sexualization of children
  • Content encouraging the exploitation of children
  • Manipulative content showing children in dangerous situations
  • Real or synthetic child abuse material

Such content may be removed immediately upon detection and may be shared with the relevant authorities.

8. Discrimination and Hate Speech

Whether AI-generated or not, the following content is prohibited:

  • Racist propaganda
  • Ethnic hate speech
  • Religious hate speech
  • Gender-based degradation
  • Discrimination against persons with disabilities
  • Anti-immigrant hate content
  • Content depicting people as less than human

9. Misleading and Deceptive Content

The following content may not be uploaded:

  • Fake news productions
  • Disinformation campaigns
  • Content intended to manipulate elections
  • Fake event imagery intended to mislead the public
  • Fabricated crisis or disaster imagery

Especially for news-like content, AI production must be clearly indicated.

10. Copyright and Training Data

The content provider guarantees that:

  • The produced content does not infringe third-party rights,
  • They have not knowingly caused copyright infringement,
  • They have acted in compliance with the terms of use of the tools employed.

RozStock may request additional explanation or documentation when necessary.

11. AI-Generated Brands and Logos

The following content may be rejected:

  • Brand imitations
  • Logo similarities
  • Trade identity infringements
  • Copies of protected product designs

12. AI Voices and Music

For AI-created audio and music content:

  • Other artists’ voices must not be imitated,
  • Unauthorized voice clones of celebrities must not be used,
  • Copyright infringement must not occur.

13. Ethical and Human-Centered Approach

RozStock views AI not as a system that replaces human creativity, but as a tool that supports it.

Accordingly, the Platform supports:

  • Respect for human labor,
  • Protection of artistic production,
  • Visibility of creative contribution,
  • Fair competition.

RozStock does not accept the use of AI in ways that eliminate individuals’ fundamental rights and freedoms or devalue human beings.

14. Review and Oversight

RozStock may:

  • Review AI content,
  • Request additional explanation,
  • Request source information,
  • Reclassify content,
  • Remove content.

Content providers must cooperate as required.

15. Violations and Sanctions

In the event of a breach of this Policy, RozStock may:

  • Remove content,
  • Suspend sales,
  • Hold earnings,
  • Temporarily close an account,
  • Permanently terminate an account.

Legal proceedings may be initiated in cases of serious violations.

16. Applicable Law

This Policy shall be interpreted within the framework of:

  • The legislation of the Republic of Türkiye,
  • Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK),
  • Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846,
  • European Union regulations (to the extent applicable),
  • International human rights principles.

17. Effectiveness

All users who upload, license, purchase, or use AI content on RozStock are deemed to have accepted this Policy.
