Content Submission Guidelines

This Content Submission Guidelines and Review Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules governing the evaluation of all content uploaded to the RozStock platform in terms of quality, technical adequacy, legal compliance, and commercial value.

This Policy applies to photographs, videos, drone footage, editorial content, vectors, illustrations, graphic templates, video templates, music, sound effects, and AI-assisted content.

1. General Principles

Every item of content uploaded to RozStock must:

  • Be lawful
  • Be original
  • Meet technical quality standards
  • Not infringe third-party rights
  • Have value for commercial or editorial use

RozStock reserves the right to reject any content without stating a reason.

2. Photograph Content

Accepted Content

  • Commercial photographs
  • Lifestyle photographs
  • Business photographs
  • Travel photographs
  • Nature photographs
  • Architectural photographs
  • Food and beverage photographs
  • Aerial photography
  • Conceptual photographs

Technical Requirements

Minimum

  • JPEG format
  • RGB color profile
  • At least 4,000 pixels on the long edge
  • At least 8 MP resolution

Recommended

  • 20 MP and above
  • Processed RAW file
  • Low ISO
  • High dynamic range

3. Photograph Rejection Reasons

Content may be rejected in the following cases:

  • Soft focus / lack of sharpness
  • Motion blur
  • Excessive noise
  • Incorrect white balance
  • Over-compression
  • Banding
  • Sensor dust or spots
  • Excessive artificial filter use
  • HDR artifacts
  • Over-sharpening

4. Video Content

Accepted Formats

  • MP4
  • MOV
  • ProRes
  • MXF

Minimum Technical Requirements

  • Full HD (1920×1080)
  • 24 fps or higher
  • H.264 or H.265

Recommended

  • 4K UHD
  • 6K
  • 8K
  • ProRes 422 HQ
  • Log capture

5. Video Rejection Reasons

  • Camera shake
  • Missed focus
  • Rolling shutter distortion
  • Noise
  • Flicker
  • Poor audio quality
  • Excessive color grading
  • Stabilization artifacts

6. Drone Footage

For drone content:

  • Flights must comply with local regulations
  • Footage must not be captured in restricted areas
  • Required permits must have been obtained

RozStock may request flight permits where necessary.

7. Editorial Photographs and Videos

Editorial content must:

  • Have news value
  • Accurately depict the event
  • Not be manipulated

Example: Press conferences, sporting events, elections, cultural events, natural disasters, and current news events.

8. Prohibitions for Editorial Content

The following are prohibited:

  • Altering the event
  • Adding or removing objects
  • Composites that change the news character of the content
  • Misleading captions or descriptions

Only the following are acceptable:

  • Cropping
  • Tone correction
  • Exposure adjustment

9. Model Release Rules

A Model Release is required in the following cases:

  • Identifiable persons (recognizable faces)
  • Shoots that may be used for advertising purposes
  • Content with commercial use potential

Content without a Model Release may be accepted only as editorial.

10. Property Release Rules

A Property Release may be required in the following cases:

  • Private properties
  • Private interiors
  • Artworks
  • Museums
  • Structures with brand value

RozStock has the right to request supporting documents when necessary.

11. Brands and Logos

The following elements should be removed wherever possible:

  • Company logos
  • Brand names
  • Product labels
  • Vehicle brands

If removal is not possible, the content may be marked as editorial.

12. Artificial Intelligence Content

RozStock may accept AI content.

The Contributor must:

  • Disclose that the content is AI-generated
  • Make an accurate declaration regarding the AI system used

13. Prohibitions for Artificial Intelligence Content

The following may not be uploaded:

  • Deepfake content of public figures
  • Brand imitations
  • Generations that constitute copyright infringement
  • AI reproduction of another person’s work
  • Misleading news imagery

14. Audio and Music Files

Accepted Formats

  • WAV
  • FLAC
  • AIFF
  • MP3 (high quality)

Minimum Standard

  • 44.1 kHz
  • 16 bit

Recommended

  • 48 kHz
  • 24 bit

15. Audio Content Rejection Reasons

  • Clipping
  • Noise
  • Corrupted recording
  • Copyright infringement
  • Unlicensed sample use

16. Graphic and Vector Files

Accepted Formats

  • AI
  • EPS
  • SVG
  • PSD

Files must:

  • Be editable
  • Be layered
  • Contain no technical defects

17. Template Files

Video Templates

  • After Effects
  • Premiere Pro
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Final Cut Pro

Graphic Templates

  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Canva-compatible designs

Templates must be delivered in working condition.

18. Keyword Policy

The Contributor must:

  • Use accurate keywords
  • Not use spam tags
  • Not enter misleading descriptions

Example: Tags such as “lion, tiger, wolf” may not be added to a photograph of a dog.

19. Review Process

RozStock may apply:

  • Automated review
  • AI-assisted review
  • Human editorial review

The review outcome may be:

  • Approval
  • Request for revision
  • Rejection

20. Repeated Violations

Accounts that repeatedly:

  • Upload copied content
  • Use incorrect tags
  • Commit copyright infringement

may be suspended or closed.

21. Subsequent Removal of Content

RozStock may remove previously approved content:

  • For legal reasons
  • Due to a copyright complaint
  • As a result of a quality reassessment

22. Effectiveness

Every Contributor who uploads content to RozStock is deemed to have accepted this Content Submission Guidelines and Review Policy.
