This Copyright, Intellectual Property Complaint, DMCA & Takedown Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules governing the reporting, review, evaluation, and resolution of claims relating to copyright, trademark rights, personality rights, neighboring rights, design rights, and other intellectual property rights in connection with content published, stored, displayed, licensed, or offered for sale on the digital content platform operated by RozStock.
RozStock adopts respect for intellectual property rights as a fundamental principle and undertakes to evaluate valid notices received from rights holders within a reasonable period and to take action with respect to relevant content where necessary.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to establish a transparent and fair infringement review mechanism for the following objectives:

3. Definitions
Rights Holder
A natural or legal person who holds copyright or other intellectual property rights in a work or content.
Complainant
A person or organization asserting a rights infringement.
Contributor
A person or organization that uploads content to the RozStock platform.
Customer
A person or organization that licenses or purchases content through RozStock.
Counter-Notification
A response submitted by the uploader of content in defense against a complaint.
Content
All digital files published or licensed on RozStock.
DMCA
The United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

5. Verification of Ownership
RozStock reserves the right to request the following documents:
- RAW files
- Original project files
- PSD files
- AI files
- EXIF records
- Camera records
- Copyright registration certificates
- License agreements
- Assignment agreements
- Model Release documents
- Property Release documents
- Purchase records
- Notarized declarations
- Court decisions
If documents are not provided, content may be removed or the application may be rejected.
6. Infringement Notice
A rights holder or authorized representative must provide the following information:

“I declare that this notice is accurate, that I am the owner of the relevant rights or a person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, and that I accept the legal consequences that may arise if I make a false statement.”

8. Review Process
RozStock may:
- Review the application
- Evaluate submitted documents
- Request additional information
- Reject the complaint
- Temporarily remove content
Incomplete or insufficient notices may not be processed.
9. Temporary Removal and Access Restriction
RozStock may temporarily remove content without prior notice in the following cases:
- Clear suspicion of copyright infringement
- Court order
- Prosecutor’s office request
- Official authority request
- Urgent risk of rights infringement
- Situations necessary for the protection of children
- Content affecting public safety
10. Counter-Notification
A Contributor may submit the following information:
- Full name
- Account information
- Content link
- Defense statement
- License documents
- Proof of ownership
- Model Release documents
- Property Release documents
- Signature
RozStock may evaluate the counter-notification and issue a final decision.
11. Freezing of Revenue
If there is an active dispute regarding content, RozStock may:
- Freeze sales revenue
- Suspend commission payments
- Temporarily freeze account balances
Payments may be withheld until the dispute is resolved.
12. Repeat Infringements
An account may be terminated in the following cases:
- Multiple copyright infringements
- Fake license documents
- Fake model release documents
- Fake property release documents
- Intentional rights infringements
- Systematic uploading of copied content
13. AI Content
RozStock may remove the following AI content:
- Deepfake content
- Celebrity imitations
- Content creating brand infringement
- Content creating personality rights infringement
- Copies of protected works
RozStock may request additional verification for AI content where deemed necessary.
14. Editorial Content
Editorial content is evaluated within the framework of:
- News reporting
- Freedom of the press
- Public interest
- Documentary purposes
Editorial use status does not legitimize any copyright infringement.
15. Emergency Measures
RozStock may take action without prior notice in the following cases:
- Court order
- Prosecutor’s office request
- Law enforcement request
- Child abuse content
- Terrorism propaganda
- Serious personality rights infringements
16. Bad-Faith Notices
Persons who knowingly submit false or misleading notices may face:
- Account closure
- Liability for damages
- Legal proceedings
17. Digital Content Monitoring
RozStock may use:
- Visual matching systems
- Video fingerprint technologies
- Audio matching systems
- AI-assisted analysis tools
18. Retention of Records
RozStock may retain the following records for the period permitted by applicable legislation:
- IP records
- Upload records
- Sales records
- License records
- Copyright notices
- Counter-notifications
- User correspondence
19. International Compliance
This Policy shall be interpreted in compliance with:
- Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works
- Turkish Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet
- Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK)

- Other applicable international intellectual property regulations
20. Limitation of Liability
RozStock:
- Is not an arbitrator in ownership disputes between parties
- Does not guarantee that all rights in content exist
- May act based on user declarations
- Is not the final judicial authority
21. Reserved Rights
RozStock reserves the right to:
- Request additional documents
- Extend the review period
- Remove content
- Suspend accounts
- Freeze revenue
- Reject complaints
22. Mediation
The parties agree to make efforts to resolve disputes amicably in the first instance.
Mediation procedures may be pursued where required by mandatory Turkish law.
23. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
24. Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Diyarbakır.
25. Effectiveness
All users, customers, subscribers, and content providers who use RozStock are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Policy.
