Payment & Commission Policy

1. Purpose

This Payment and Commission Policy (“Policy”) sets out the principles governing revenue sharing, payment processes, commission rates, tax obligations, refunds, chargebacks, and other financial processes for Contributors who license or sell content through the RozStock platform.

This Policy is an integral part of the RozStock Contributor Agreement.

2. Scope

This Policy covers the following content types:

  • Photographs
  • Premium Photographs
  • Videos
  • Premium Videos
  • Drone Footage
  • Editorial Content
  • Graphic Designs
  • Vectors
  • Illustrations
  • PSD Files
  • Graphic Templates
  • Video Templates
  • Motion Graphics Files
  • LUT Files
  • Sound Effects
  • Musical Works
  • Audio Recordings
  • AI-Generated Content
  • Other digital content added to the platform in the future

3. Definitions

RozStock

The online platform where digital content is licensed and sold.

Contributor

A natural or legal person who uploads content to RozStock.

Customer

A user who purchases or licenses content through RozStock.

Net Revenue

The amount remaining after deducting the following from the sale price:

  • VAT and similar taxes
  • Payment processor fees
  • Bank charges
  • Chargebacks
  • Refunds
  • Foreign exchange costs
  • Official deductions
  • Mandatory tax withholdings

4. Revenue Sharing Principle

RozStock shares net revenue from sales with Contributors.

Commission rates may vary based on:

  • content type,
  • license type,
  • subscription model,
  • contributor tier,
  • promotions,
  • exclusive status.

RozStock reserves the right to update its revenue sharing system.

5. Sample Commission Table

The rates below are illustrative. Definitive rates are published in the Contributor Panel.

6. Contributor Tier System

RozStock may establish different contribution tiers. For example:

Tier Revenue Share
Starter 50%
Silver 55%
Gold 60%
Platinum 65%
Exclusive 70%+

RozStock reserves the right to change tier criteria.

7. Exclusive Contributor Program

Users participating in the Exclusive Contributor program:

  • May not sell their content on other stock sites.
  • May publish certain content only on RozStock.

Exclusive program participants may benefit from:

  • Higher commissions,
  • Priority review,
  • Premium visibility,
  • Special promotions.

In case of breach of exclusive status:

  • Additional commissions may be clawed back,
  • Exclusive status may be revoked,
  • The account may be suspended.

8. Earning Revenue

Revenue from a sale is considered earned only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Customer payment is completed
  • Payment processor confirmation
  • Fraud checks are completed
  • Chargeback risk period has passed

RozStock may apply a review period when deemed necessary.

9. Subscription Revenue Distribution

Under subscription systems, revenue may be distributed based on:

  • download count,
  • content usage rate,
  • licensing volume,
  • content category.

RozStock reserves the right to determine how subscription revenue is distributed.

10. Premium Content Earnings

RozStock may classify certain content as Premium.

Premium content may:

  • be sold at higher prices,
  • be subject to different license models,
  • receive higher commission rates.

Premium status is determined by RozStock.

11. AI Content

RozStock may apply:

  • different pricing,
  • different commission rates,
  • separate sales categories

for AI content.

Legal risks arising from AI content are the Contributor’s responsibility.

12. Minimum Payout Threshold

For a payout to be made, the Contributor account balance must reach the minimum payout threshold.

Default threshold: 50 USD or equivalent

RozStock may change this limit.

13. Payout Periods

Payouts are made monthly.

Finalized earnings are processed in the payout period following the close of the relevant month.

Delays may occur with international transfers.

14. Payment Methods

RozStock may use the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • EFT
  • FAST
  • SWIFT
  • Wise
  • Payoneer
  • Stripe Connect
  • PayTR
  • Other electronic payment systems

RozStock reserves the right to change payment methods.

15. Accuracy of Payment Information

The Contributor is responsible for the accuracy of:

  • bank account details,
  • IBAN,
  • tax information,
  • payout account details.

RozStock is not liable for losses caused by incorrect information.

16. Tax Obligations

The Contributor is solely responsible for all tax obligations, including:

  • income tax,
  • corporate tax,
  • VAT,
  • withholding tax,
  • social security contributions.

RozStock does not provide tax advisory services.

17. Tax Documents

RozStock may request the following documents:

  • Tax Identification Number
  • National ID Number
  • Tax Certificate
  • Trade Registry Documents
  • Certificate of Residence
  • W-8BEN
  • W-8BEN-E
  • W-9
  • Official tax documents

Payments may be suspended if documents are not provided.

18. Withholding and Legal Deductions

RozStock may make required deductions due to:

  • tax legislation,
  • international regulations,
  • court orders,
  • official authority requests.

19. Refunds and Chargebacks

Sale revenue may be reversed in the following cases:

  • Customer refund
  • Chargeback
  • Fraud
  • License cancellation
  • Unlawful use
  • Copyright dispute

Relevant amounts will be deducted from the Contributor account.

20. Account Debt

If a negative balance occurs on a Contributor account, the Contributor agrees to pay the outstanding amount.

RozStock may:

  • offset against future payouts,
  • initiate collection procedures,
  • pursue legal remedies.

21. Frozen Payments

RozStock may temporarily freeze payments in the following cases:

  • Copyright reviews
  • Suspected fraudulent documents
  • Fraud investigation
  • Court order
  • Tax audit
  • Missing identity verification

22. Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if:

  • No login for 24 months
  • The Contributor cannot be reached
  • Valid payment information is not on file

RozStock may close the account after reasonable notice.

23. Accounting Records

RozStock’s:

  • sales records,
  • license records,
  • payment records,
  • download records,
  • financial reports,

constitute conclusive evidence in disputes.

Corrections may be made in case of clear material error.

24. Fraud and Sales Manipulation

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Purchasing your own content
  • Creating artificial sales
  • Using bots
  • Creating fake accounts
  • Manipulating downloads
  • Abusing the commission system

In case of violation:

  • earnings may be removed,
  • payments may be cancelled,
  • the account may be closed.

25. Limitation of Liability

RozStock does not guarantee:

  • a specific income level,
  • a specific sales volume,
  • a specific number of customers,
  • a specific visibility level.

26. Policy Changes

RozStock reserves the right to update this Policy.

Updated provisions take effect on the date they are published on the platform.

27. Governing Law

This Policy shall be interpreted under:

  • the laws of the Republic of Türkiye,
  • the Turkish Code of Obligations,
  • the Turkish Commercial Code,
  • tax legislation,
  • e-commerce legislation.

28. Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from this Policy shall first be resolved amicably.

If no resolution is reached, the courts and enforcement offices of Diyarbakır shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

29. Effectiveness

All users who create a RozStock Contributor account, upload content, or earn revenue are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Payment and Commission Policy.
