This KVKK Disclosure (“Disclosure”) is a summary prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform data subjects about how RozStock Digital Media and Technology Services (“RozStock”, “Company”, “We”) processes personal data.

RozStock may process identity, contact, financial, transaction security, usage, Contributor, and visual/audio data collected through membership forms, purchases, payment systems, support channels, cookies, log records, security systems, and third-party service providers.
Data may be collected automatically or manually, fully or partially, through electronic or non-electronic means.
4. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for purposes including:
- Account creation, verification, and security,
- Content sales, licensing, and order fulfillment,
- Contributor onboarding, earnings, and payments,
- Payment collection, refunds, and accounting,
- Fraud prevention and system security,
- Compliance with legal and tax obligations,

- Platform analytics and service improvement.

6. Recipients and Transfers
Personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions, payment providers (such as PayTR, Stripe, Payoneer, Wise, and banks), cloud and security service providers, and accounting or legal advisors, only to the extent necessary.
Data may also be transferred abroad for cloud, payment, analytics, and technical support services in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK and applicable Board decisions.

8. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK,
- Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties,
- Object to adverse results arising from automated analysis,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You may submit KVKK requests by email to privacy@rozstock.com or through support@rozstock.com with the subject line “KVKK Application”. RozStock will respond within the statutory time limits.
